  • Sage, Apricot and Onion Stuffing (v)
  • Cranberry and red wine jus
  • Christmas pudding, brandy sauce

Sample Menu 1 – £29.50 PP

Starter

  • Butternut squash soup, crème fraiche
  • Kentish ham hock terrine, piccalilli and sour dough crostini
  • Confit tomato and basil tart, fine herb salad

Main Course

  • Roast turkey, sage stuffing, pigs in blanket, roast potato, festive vegetable and pot roast gravy.
  • Fillet of salmon, thyme roasted baby potato, seasonal vegetables and dill and white wine sauce
  • Nut roast, braised savoury cabbage, honey roast carrots and parsnip and roast potato

Desserts

  • Classic Christmas pudding brandy sauce
  • Custard tart with vanilla Chantilly crème
  • Dark chocolate and rum mousse

Sample Menu 2 – £42.50

Starter

  • Parsnip velouté, roasted pumpkin seeds and basil oil
  • Ragstone Goat cheese and fig tart with pickled beetroot salad
  • Smoked Duck and baby leek terrine, brioche and kumquat jam

Main Course

  • Roast Turkey, chestnut stuffing, maple glazed pigs in blanket, herb roasted chateau potato, festive vegetables and pot roast gravy
  • Slow roast sirloin of Beef, garlic roasted potato, seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire with red wine jus.
  • Fillet of Cod, French beans, heritage carrots, vine tomato and crayfish velouté.
  • Confit Mediterranean vegetable wellington, sautéed spinach, parsley mash potato

Desserts

  • Traditional Christmas pudding, brandy sauce and cranberry compote
  • Passion fruit cheese cake, honeycomb and mini meringue
  • Double chocolate tart, vanilla cream with cherry compote

It is possible to remove either starter or dessert from MENU 1 or MENU 2 above and the price will be reduced by £6
