Main Course

  • Roast Turkey, chestnut stuffing, maple glazed pig in blanket, herb roasted chateau potato, festive vegetables and pot roast gravy
  • Slow roast sirloin of Beef, garlic roasted potato, seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire with red wine jus.
  • Fillet of Cod, French beans, heritage carrots, vine tomato and crayfish velouté.
