Fernando and Seila began their journey during the height of the Covid pandemic, when many people were unable to leave their homes and access freshly cooked meals; From these beginnings, their concept evolved into the business they run today
From its earliest beginnings, EasyDine quickly proved to be a success. Our initial focus was on delivering an elite catering service straight to our customers’ doors. Offering a range of homecooked meals, event catering, and hospitality services, we received exceptional feedback, which allowed the business to grow organically.
As our reputation expanded, so did our vision. This led to the launch of our first pop-up restaurant, Streetfood by EasyDine, located in Maidstone. The concept was simple yet distinctive: freshly cooked dishes made with local produce, high-quality ingredients, and an innovative menu inspired by flavours from around the world. Every dish was prepared by our highly skilled chefs, ensuring a dining experience that maintained the exceptional standards EasyDine is known for.
Amanda joined the EasyDine team, bringing with her a wealth of experience; our extensive experience working with leading event venues, renowned visitor attractions, and market-leading restaurants has been fundamental to our continued growth and success. We operate collaboratively, as one unified team, ensuring we remain focused on achieving excellence in every aspect of our work.
